It is not abnormal to human body to eliminate or neutralizing toxins through the liver, kidneys, lungs, lymph, skin and colon. In deed, the internal detoxification is one of our body’s most basic automatic function. Just like our heart beats never stop and our lungs breathe continuously. This create a picture to our mind that detoxification is very necessary and essential to our bodies. (Langenbrandt, 2023). But in our world today, body systems and organs that were once capable of cleaning out unwanted elements are now completely overloaded which led to plenty of unwanted elements to stay in our bones and tissues So, without optimal function of those organs such as liver and kidneys, we humans will quickly suffer unpleasant illness that can be encountered by eating a balanced diet and avoiding intake of toxins.

With the increase of more unhealthy goods and foods many people around the world tend to support their bodies with artificial remedies. Currently, many kinds of detoxification arise such as green tea, smoothies and detox exercises all of that is only to support our systems in removing unwanted elements inside our bodies. HOME REMEDIES TO SUPPORT DETOXIFICATION.
Supporting our bodies to detox is very important, but it must also be done by safe and healthy means. We are all unique and everyone can have his or her on way to detox, but you don’t need expensive cures or investing a lot of money in useless products. We have a lot of home remedies which will help us to feel healthy and younger if repeated time to time. According to Hannah Langenbrandt in her book of Detoxification and Detox (2023) the following are the healthy means to detoxify our bodies.
Eat clean and fresh
Accumulation of toxins inside our bodies is highly increasing due to the consumption of deeply fried, refined, processed and packaged foods on a daily basis. Excessive oil, salt and sugar act as toxins and prompt different medical problems. Not only that, pesticide sprayed products of the soi can be similarly harmful to your body. Also, it allows the digestive to rest and repair without constant workload. Instead of heavy meals, try eating fruits and vegetables for a day or two. This will give your digestive tract a break and help in adequate rejuvenation.
