Kasuku! Raha sana!

By Nasibu Mahinya Tofauti na viumbe wengine, kasuku anaongoza kwa kufugwa na watu katika makazi yao. Kwa miaka mingi, ndege kasuku amekuwa kivutio kwa binadamu  kutokana na sifa zake za kipekee. Miaka hivi ya karibuni, tafiti zimegundua kuwa jumla ya idadi ya ndege millioni 14 wanaishi kama mateka nchini Marekani na ndege hao wanasemekana kutoka mabara tofauti na zaidi ya asilimia hamsini ya ndege hao ni kasuku. Kasuku yupo tofauti na viumbe wengine kwa sababu ndege huyu huishi miaka mingi na ana uwezo mkubwa wa akili. Hivyo basi makala hii itakusaidia kumjua zaidi iwapo kama hukupata nafasi ya kumjua kipindi wengi wakiwa wanamfuga ndege huyu mpiga domo. Uzuri ni kwamba, Kasuku hachagui sana msosi, anakula karibu kila kitu. Kuna aina nyingi za kasuku Kuna aina takribani 350 za kasuku duniani wenye rangi za tofauti za kuvutia kama buluu, njano, kijani, nyeupe, nyeusi na nyekundu. Barani Afrika, kasuku wa kijivu ndiyo hupatikana kwa wingi zaidi. Kasuku wengi hutekwa Robo tatu ya kasuku wote duniani wapo kwenye hatari ya kupotea kwenye uso wa dunia kwa sababu ya shughuli za binadamu za ukataji miti na biashara haramu ya kusafirisha na kuuza wanyama.  Jike au dume? Ni ngumu sana kutofautisha kasuku dume na jike, Wanafanana asilimia 99.9. Watu wengi zamani walikuwa wananunua kasuku mtaani alafu wanajikuta wana madume mawili yanatazamana humo bandani. Mdomo wa ajabu kidogo Kasuku ana mdomo uliyojikunja kuelekea chini kama mundu na anakula chochote anachokutana nacho kuanzia nyasi, matunda, mbegu, majani, maua mpaka nyama. Kasuku ana ulimi ambao hautumii kuonja chakula, kazi ya kuonja chakula hufanywa na upande wa juu wa ndani ya mdomo. Kasuku hata siyo mzito Kulingana na aina ya kasuku, ndege huyu anaweza kuwa na uzito wa kuanzia gramu 60 mpaka kilo moja na nusu. Kasuku anakula chumvi nyingi! Kasuku anaweza kuishi hadi miaka hamsini, na kasuku mzee kuliko wote ana miaka 86 na anaishi kwenye hifadhi iitwayo Brookfield iliyopo mjini Chicago, nchini Marekani. Kuna watu walifuga kasuku wakaacha migogoro ya mirathi, familia haikujua nani atamrithi huyo ndege. Ya Mungu mengi na miaka 50 ni mingi kweli kweli. Kasuku ana kinga asilia Manyoya ya kasuku yana kinga dhidi ya bakteria. Kinga ambayo huwapa manyoya yao rangi nyekundu, kijani na njano. Hachelewi kuhama kambi Kasuku huhama pale hali ya hewa inapobadilika kutafuta malisho. Hata kama nyumbani kwako kuna vitu asivyovipenda, usishangae siku moja hujafunga banda vizuri, anaondoka na hutomuona tena. Kasuku anapiga domo! Kasuku anapenda sana kupiga domo. Yeye hana uwezo wa kuongea bali ana uwezo wa kukariri maneno yanayosemwa na mwanadamu, hivyo basi kuwa mwangalifu na maneno uyasemayo mbele ya kasuku maana atayarudia tu muda wowote. Kasuku anayeshikilia rekodi ya dunia ya kujua maneno mengi alikariri maneno 1,700. Ingawa hatuwezi tena kumfuga mjumbani lakini pata picha kasuku kakaririshwa nyimbo afu kapelekwa kuimba kwenye ‘karaoke Raha’ sana!

Vitabu hivi vimeandikwa na wataalamu wa saikolojia, wanasaikolojia, na watu wengine wenye uzoefu katika nyanja ya afya ya akili: 1. The Body Keeps the Score na Bessel van der Kolk Kitabu hiki kinachambua jinsi mwili unavyohifadhi kumbukumbu za kiwewe (trauma) na athari zake kwenye afya ya akili na mwili. Bessel van der Kolk anaelezea kwa kina jinsi watu wanaweza kuponya majeraha ya kiwewe kupitia mbinu kama tiba ya mwili, tiba ya akili, na mbinu nyingine za kitiba. 2. Lost Connections na Johann Hari Katika kitabu hiki, Johann Hari anaangazia sababu za msongo wa mawazo na unyogovu, akichambua jinsi watu wanavyoweza kupata furaha ya kweli kupitia mawasiliano mazuri na jamii. Hari anasisitiza umuhimu wa kujumuika na watu wengine kama sehemu ya kuimarisha afya ya akili. 3. Man’s Search for Meaning na Viktor E. Frankl Kitabu hiki ni hadithi ya kihisia ya Viktor Frankl, ambaye alinusurika kambi za mateso za Nazi na baadaye kuunda mbinu ya Logotherapy. Frankl anaelezea jinsi kutafuta maana maishani kunaweza kusaidia watu kukabiliana na changamoto kubwa za kiakili. 4. Feeling Good: The New Mood Therapy na David D. Burns Kitabu hiki ni mwongozo wa kuepuka mawazo hasi, kwa kutumia mbinu za tiba ya utambuzi (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy – CBT). David D. Burns anatoa mbinu za kushughulikia unyogovu na kuongeza furaha maishani kwa kubadilisha mitazamo na mawazo. 5. The Happiness Trap na Russ Harris Russ Harris anaelezea jinsi mbinu za Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) zinavyoweza kuwasaidia watu kushinda wasiwasi na unyogovu. Kitabu hiki kinatoa mbinu za kukubaliana na changamoto badala ya kupambana nazo. 6. Daring Greatly na Brené Brown Kitabu hiki kinachunguza jinsi aibu, hofu, na kukosa uthubutu kunavyoweza kuathiri maisha yetu. Brené Brown anaonyesha jinsi watu wanavyoweza kukubali udhaifu wao na kuishi maisha ya ujasiri na utimilifu, jambo muhimu kwa afya ya akili. 7. Mindfulness in Plain English na Bhante Henepola Gunaratana Kitabu hiki kinaelezea kwa undani mbinu za uangalifu (mindfulness) na jinsi zinavyoweza kuleta amani na utulivu. Bhante Henepola Gunaratana anafafanua jinsi uangalifu unaweza kusaidia watu kuondoa wasiwasi na mawazo hasi. 8. An Unquiet Mind na Kay Redfield Jamison Kitabu hiki ni simulizi la maisha ya Kay Redfield Jamison, profesa wa saikolojia anayesumbuliwa na matatizo ya hisia. Ni ushuhuda wa kweli wa jinsi matatizo ya afya ya akili yanaweza kuathiri maisha na jinsi ya kukabiliana nayo. 9. The Power of Now na Eckhart Tolle Eckhart Tolle anafundisha jinsi ya kuishi wakati wa sasa kunaweza kusaidia kupunguza msongo wa mawazo na hofu. Kitabu hiki kinawahamasisha wasomaji kuzingatia wakati wa sasa kama njia ya kukuza afya ya akili na utulivu wa ndani. 10. Emotional Intelligence na Daniel Goleman Daniel Goleman anachunguza umuhimu wa akili ya kihemko na jinsi inavyoweza kuchangia ustawi wa kiakili na mafanikio maishani. Kitabu hiki kinatoa mbinu za kudhibiti hisia na kuboresha uhusiano wa kijamii. Vitabu hivi vinatoa mwanga katika nyanja tofauti za afya ya akili na vinaweza kuwa msaada mkubwa kwa mtu yeyote anayejitahidi kuelewa, kudhibiti, na kuimarisha afya yake ya kiakili.

DISPUTES OVER INHERITANCE.

By Jamal Hamza  Cordoba Law Firm defined inheritance dispute as a situation where a decedent’s beneficiaries or family members are in disagreement about how the decedent’s estate should be divided. Dispute arises when conflicts or disagreements occur over how a deceased person’s assets are divided. These conflicts can be triggered by several factors, such as questioning the validity of a will or differing views on how the assets should be distributed among the heirs. Such disputes are often complex and emotionally charged, typically involving family members with various expectations and needs.  (T. Tezzer,2005). Also, different interpretations of the will, challenges to its legality, disagreements over how to divide or value assets, or concerns related to the legally mandated portion of the estate that must be left to specific individuals, such as a spouse or children. In such cases, resolving the matter may involve legal proceedings, mediation, or arbitration to reach an agreement on how the inheritance should be divided. In Tanzania, inheritance laws are governed by a combination of statutory law, customary law, and religious law depending on the circumstances and the background of the deceased. Let us look up on these laws, ambiguity and blended family as a cause family disputes over inheritance. Statutory Law: According to Tanzania Human Right Jurisprudence statutory law are laws passed by local legislature. This law outline procedures for the administration of both testate and intestate estates. To a testate estate in Tanzania, if the deceased has left a valid will, the estate is distributed according to the term of the will. If the deceased did not leave a will the distribution of estate fall to the spouse, children, parents, and other close relative entitle to inherit in specific shares outlined by law. The disputes come to arise when the statutory law mix up with customary law, Islamic law or when it does not align with the expectation of the family members. For example, sons may expect to inherit the bulk of the estate according to the customs but statutory law may require equal distribution among all children leading to family conflicts. 2. Customary law: It is applied when the deceased lived according to the customs and traditions of their tribe. Customary law will only be used if the individuals involved in the inheritance belong to the same tribe, and not otherwise. According to (T. Tezzer 2005), in this system, the eldest male child from the primary household receives the largest portion of the estate, followed by the other male children, while the female children from any household receive the smallest portion (T. Tezzer,2005). These customary practices can lead to significant challenges and conflicts among family members. Many modern communities strongly oppose such customs and traditions, which results in conflicts between those who follow their traditional customs and those who do not.   3. Islamic law: It is applied to followers of the Islamic faith. The distribution of the deceased’s estate according to Islamic law. The main heirs in Islamic law are the wife or wives, father, mother, and children. According to Tamar Tezzer, Islamic law facially discriminate against widows and daughters, granting women half of the share of men, (T. Tezzer,2005). The eldest male child from the primary household receives the largest portion of the estate, followed by the other male children, while the female children from any household receive a smaller portion. A child born out of wedlock does not have the right to inherit unless there is a will. Such religious laws can sometimes lead to conflicts, as some people view them as discriminatory and accompanied with nepotism. 4. Blended families Often blended families have impact to inheritance disputes due to the complex relationships between children, stepchildren, spouses, and ex-spouses. (T. Tezzer,2005).   Children from a previous marriage may feel that their biological parent is favouring their new spouse or stepchildren when dividing assets. They might believe they are entitled to a larger portion of the estate, especially if they had a closer relationship with the deceased.  In cases where the deceased has not left a clear will, conflicts arise over how assets should be distributed. Children from previous relationships may worry that their inheritance will go to the surviving spouse or stepchildren. 5.  Ambiguity Ambinguity in a will can lead to serious family disputes over inheritance because unclear or vague language can result in different interpretations of the deceased’s intentions. If a will lacks specificity, family members may argue over who gets what. (T. Tezzer,2005).  For example, if a will states, “I leave my property to my children,” without specifying which property or how it should be divided, siblings may fight over who is entitled to more valuable assets, such as a family home or a business. Ambiguous phrases like “my favourite child” or “my close friend” can create confusion. For example, if the will says, “I leave a portion of my estate to my favourite nephew,” but the deceased had several nephews, each may claim they are the intended beneficiary, sparking disputes over who should receive that share.  If the will hasn’t been updated after significant life events such as divorce, remarriage, or the birth of new children, disputes can occur. For example, if the deceased left assets to a former spouse or failed to mention new stepchildren, both biological and stepchildren might dispute who is the rightful heir, especially in blended families.

THANKSGIVING

by: Justin Mwita “Thanksgiving gives us an incredible opportunity to practice real gratitude, drop our burdens, and remind ourselves we have a Heavenly Father willing to handle it.” Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. Thanksgiving is an opportunity to realign our hearts with gratitude. It offers a remedy for anxiety: prayer and thanksgiving. Even in chaos, gratitude unlocks God’s peace in our hearts, reminding us it’s not just a response to blessings but a way to trust His faithfulness. The Pilgrims’ story in 1621 shows the power of gratitude during hardship. Despite severe losses, they celebrated God’s provision with thanksgiving. Their faith, not abundance, sustained them. Similarly, rusting God’s care brings calmness like a child with its mother. In today’s world of abundance, we often overlook gratitude, leading to dissatisfaction. Paul’s advice to “be anxious for nothing” is challenging, but prayer with thanksgiving shifts our focus from lack to God’s provision, inviting His peace. Cultivating gratitude daily can help: Start with thanks: Name three things you’re grateful for each morning, no matter how simple. Reflect on God’s faithfulness:  Recall past blessings to fuel trust for the future. Pray with gratitude: Thank God for His goodness before presenting requests. Share gratitude: Encourage others by sharing your blessings. Gratitude transforms anxiety into peace, peace for it is said that God’s peace will guard you hearts and minds. Trusting God allows us to release burdens and rest in His care. This Thanksgiving, go beyond traditions and practice gratitude daily. Reflect on your blessings, pray over them, and share them with others. Gratitude opens our hearts to God’s peace, even in hard times. REFLECTION Reflect on the blessings in your life, especially those that may have come through difficult seasons. Consider how God has been faithful in providing for you and guiding you. Take a moment to recount specific ways He has shown His love and care, even when circumstances were challenging. Allow these reflections to remind you of His unchanging faithfulness. Start each day by naming three things you’re thankful for and let those moments of gratitude shape your attitude and perspective. As you pray, focus on thanking God for His goodness before bringing your requests to Him. Trust that as you cultivate gratitude, His peace will guard your heart and mind, bringing you comfort and hope.

Alizeti ni ua au zao mbstrinitycare

Zao la Alizeti: Utalii, kilimo vinapokutana pamoja.

By Nasibu Mahinya Wanasema bustani haikamiliki bila maua na huo ni ukweli usiopingika, maua huongeza mvuto na maua mengine yana tija kwenye lishe yetu pia.  Napenda nikujuze kuwa zaidi ya asilimia 99 ya matunda yote duniani hutokana na maua. Moja ya vigezo vyangu vya kutafuta mke wa kuoa ni kuwa mwanamke lazima apende na ajue jinsi ya kuhudumia bustani ya maua, tena akiweka na maua ya alizeti atanifurahisha sana. Je, Alizeti ni ua? Lina upekee gani katika sekta ya kilimo na utalii? Twende pamoja. Asili ya ua la alizeti ni kaskazini mwa Amerika na lilikuwa likiota kama ua pori huku likitoa bidhaa kama dawa na mafuta hadi kuanza kulimwa kibiashara miaka ya 1500 na wazungu waliolowea Marekani na mwishowe ua hilo kusambaa duniani kote. Ua hili lenye muundo wa kisahani, lina rangi ya njano kwenye petali na kahawia iliyokolea katikati kwenye mbegu. Ua hili kwa Kiingereza linaitwa ‘Sunflower’ na ni kutokana na sura yake kufanania muonekano wa jua. Lakini pia kwa kifaransa linaitwa ‘Tournesol’ ikimaanisha ‘kugeukia jua’ ambayo ni sifa nyingine ya ua hili. Ua hili lina uwezo wa kugeukia upande ambao mionzi ya jua hutokea. Sifa kuu za alizeti Mmea wa alizeti unaweza kuwa na urefu wa hadi futi 12, sawa urefu wa watu wawili kwenda juu. Alizeti refu kuliko duniani lilikuwa na urefu wa futi 30, lilioteshwa nchini Ujerumani. Katikati ya ua la alizeti kuna mbegu zisizopungua elfu moja, mbegu hizo ambazo zikikamuliwa hutoa mafuta ya kupikia ya alizeti yenye vitamin A na D na yasiyo na lehemu, yani Kolestro. Kazi ya alizeti katika shughuli mbalimbali Alizeti ambalo limeshavunwa mbegu linaweza kutumika kama dodoki la kujisugulia mwili wakati wa kuoga. Alizeti pia hufanya kazi nzuri ya kunyonya miyonzi ya sumu iliyomo kwenye hewa na kwenye udongo. Kwa mfano, nchini Japan zaidi ya mimea ya alizeti ilipandwa ili kupambana na mionzi ya nyuklia baada ya Tsunami kubomoa matenki ya uranium kwenye kitongoji cha Fukushima mwaka 2011. Alizeti linavutia sana nyuki hivyo kama mfugaji wa nyuki akipanda maua haya yanaweza kumuongezea faida katika mavuno yake ya asali. Alizeti ni zao linalovutia watalii Maua ya alizeti ni kivutio cha watalii hasa wanaopenda kupiga picha zenye maua yanayovutia. Barani Afrika, zao la alizeti lililetwa na wakoloni na Tanzania ni moja ya nchi 10 duniani zinazoongoza kwa uzalishaji wa zao hili ambapo zaidi ya tani laki tatu huvunwa kila mwaka.  Katika mikoa ya Dodoma, Morogoro, Iringa, Singida na Kilimanjaro ni baadhi ya sehemu ambazo maua haya hupatikana kwa wingi, lakini je, alizeti na muonekano wake wa kuvutia linaishia tu kuwa zao la kibiashara alafu basi? Nchi kama Marekani na Ukreini ni moja kati ya nchi za kwanza zilizoona fursa ya utalii ndani ya ua la alizeti.  Kwa kuwa maua haya yanavutia machoni na watu wakipiga nayo picha hupendeza, basi mataifa hayo yamebuni aina ya utalii uitwao utalii wa kilimo yaani ‘Agritourism’ ambao unahusisha watalii kutembelea mashamba yakiwemo ya alizeti, kujionea jinsi kilimo hicho kinavyofanywa na pia kupiga picha ambazo zitabakia kuwa kumbukumbu za kudumu milele. Utalii wa alizeti pia huangukia kwenye utalii wa maua kama ambao yaliyopo kwenye hifadhi ya Taifa ya Kitulo japokuwa maua ya hifadhi hiyo ni uoto wa asili. KUTATUA MIGOGORO YA NDANI NA NAMNA YA KUJIBORESHA

Migogoro hii inaweza kujumuisha hisia kama wasiwasi, hofu, chuki, na hata kutoridhika kwa ujumla. Migogoro ya ndani inaweza kusababisha madhara makubwa endapo haitashughulikiwa kwa wakati, ikiwemo athari kwenye afya ya akili, uhusiano na hata uwezo wa kufikia malengo. Kujiboresha ni mchakato wa kudumu wa kujijenga, kujifunza na kuboresha utu na uwezo binafsi. 2. Sababu za Migogoro ya Ndani Migogoro ya ndani inaweza kusababishwa na mambo mbalimbali, ikiwemo: 3. Mbinu za Kutatua Migogoro ya Ndani a) Kutafakari na Kujitathmini Kutafakari inasaidia mtu kuweza kuangalia kwa undani mawazo na hisia zake, kutambua chanzo cha migogoro hiyo, na kujua njia sahihi za kuiangalia kwa mtazamo chanya. b) Kujenga Imani na Kujiamini Kujenga imani kwa mtu mwenyewe ni hatua muhimu sana katika kutatua migogoro ya ndani. Mtu anapaswa kujikubali jinsi alivyo na kujifunza kuthamini uwezo na nguvu zake binafsi. c) Kupanga Malengo Yanayowezekana Kufikiwa Kupanga malengo madogo na yanayoweza kufikiwa ni muhimu kwa sababu huwasaidia watu kupata motisha na kuepuka hisia za kushindwa. Kwa kufanya hivyo, mtu anaweza kushinda changamoto ndogo moja baada ya nyingine. d) Kutafuta Msaada wa Kitaalamu Wakati mwingine, migogoro ya ndani inaweza kuwa ngumu kutatuliwa bila msaada wa nje. Wataalamu wa afya ya akili, kama vile wanasaikolojia, wanaweza kutoa mwongozo na mbinu maalum za kutatua migogoro. e) Kubadilisha Mtazamo Kubadilisha mtazamo kutoka hasi kwenda chanya ni njia bora ya kutatua migogoro ya ndani. Hii inahusisha kujifunza kuangalia mambo kwa upande bora na kuthamini mambo madogo ambayo mtu amefanikiwa. 4. Namna ya Kujiboresha a) Kusoma na Kujifunza Kusoma vitabu na kujifunza kupitia makala, video na kozi mbalimbali kunaweza kumsaidia mtu kupata maarifa na mbinu mpya za maisha. b) Kuunda Tabia na Mazoea Chanya Mazoea kama kufanya mazoezi ya mwili, kula vyakula vya afya, na kujenga ratiba bora ya usingizi ni muhimu katika kujiboresha kimwili na kiakili. Mazoea haya humsaidia mtu kuwa na nguvu na afya bora, pamoja na kuwa na hali nzuri ya kimawazo. c) Kushirikiana na Watu Wenye Mitazamo Chanya Kuwepo karibu na watu wanaokuunga mkono, wenye malengo kama yako, na wenye mitazamo chanya husaidia kukuza moyo wa kuendelea mbele. d) Kujifunza kutoka kwa Makosa Kujiboresha kunahitaji mtu kuwa tayari kujifunza kutokana na makosa. Kwa kutambua makosa yaliyopita, mtu anaweza kujua mambo ya kuepuka au kuboresha katika hatua zake zijazo. e) Kujenga Nidhamu na Kujitolea Nidhamu ni kipengele muhimu sana katika kujiboresha. Kwa kujitolea na kuwa na nidhamu katika shughuli za kujijenga, mtu anaweza kufikia malengo yake na kuboresha maisha yake kwa ujumla. 5. Hivyo basi, Kutatua migogoro ya ndani na kujiboresha ni mchakato unaoendelea na unaohitaji mtu kuwa na uvumilivu, kujikubali, na mtazamo chanya. Kwa kutumia mbinu sahihi, kila mtu anaweza kujenga maisha yenye afya bora ya kiakili na kimwili, na hivyo kujenga msingi wa maisha yenye furaha na mafanikio.

Kwanini penye mbuyu pana uhai?

By Nasibu Mahinya Mbuyu ni mmea unaobeba kumbukumbu nyingi sana za maisha yetu ya utotoni. Shule ya msingi niliyosoma ilikuwa na mbuyu katikati ya eneo ambalo limezungukwa na majengo ya madarasa. Tukishaangalia filamu za kutisha na tukishaanza kusimuliana hadithi hizo kuhusu mti huu, hatimaye nikatokea kuuogopa na kuanza kupita mbali na nao. Wengi walikuwa wakihadithiana kuhusu mibuyu inavyotumika kwenye visa vya filamu za kutisha vinavyohusika na kuwafanya watazamaji kuamini kuwa miti hiyo inahusika na nguvu za giza. Siku hizi nimeshakuwa mtu mzima, naweza kulala peke yangu kwenye tawi la mbuyu usiku mnene peke yangu kwa sababu nimetokea kuujua vizuri mti huu na kutambua kwamba mbuyu ni mti unaohusishwa na uhai huko mbugani. Mbuyu ni ishara ya maisha kwenye tambarare za barani Afrika na ni baba ya vichaka huko mbugani na unaweza kusema ni moja ya miti mikubwa zaidi duniani. Kuna aina tisa za mibuyu, aina mbili tu hupatikana barani Afrika ambazo kisayansi huitwa Adansonia Digitata na Adansonia Kilima huku aina moja ikipatikana barani Australia na sita zingine zikipatikana kisiwani Madagascar. Mti wa mbuyu una urefu wa kufikia mita 25 (sawa na jengo lenye ghorofa 6) na upana wa takribani mita 45 kama ukiamua kuuzunguka. Mibuyu pia inapatikana kwa wingi zaidi nchini Australia na imekuwa ikipandwa nchi zingine kama India, China na Oman na ina uwezo wa kuishi zaidi ya miaka 1500. Uhai wa mbuyu ni wa kudumu vizazi vingi. Mibuyu huonekana kuwa miti iliyogeuzwa juu kuwa chini na chini kuwa juu kwa sababu kipindi cha msimu wa vuli, ambapo miti hupukutisha majani yake na kuacha matawi yake yakionekana kama mizizi. Hii hutokea kipindi kuanzia mwezi wa tatu hadi wa tano. Mbuyu una manufaa mengi kwa binadamu na ndiyo maana ukapewa jina la ‘Mti wa Maisha.’ Mbuyu ni mti unaotunza kiasi kikubwa cha maji, zaidi ya asilimia 60 ya shina la mbuyu ni maji. Mbuyu unaweza kutunza zaidi ya lita 4,000 za maji, hilo si tenki kabisa. Mbuyu unapozeeka, uwezo wake wa kutunza maji hupungua kwa kiasi kikubwa na kusababisha kukauka kwa sehemu ya katikati ya shina lake ambapo huacha kama uwazi.  Uwazi huo unaweza kutumika kama sehemu ya kujihifadhi na kupata usingizi wako mzuri lakini pia sehemu zingine wameweza kuutumia uwazi  huo kiubunifu kwa kuifanya kuwa sehemu ya kuuzia vinywaji. Mabanzi na mbao za shina la mbuyu ni malaini na yenye nyuzi hivyo yana sifa kudhibiti moto kwa hiyo mbuyu hauwezi kuungua. Pia nyuzi hizo zinaweza kutengenezea bidhaa kama kamba na nguo. Bidhaa zingine zitokanazo na mbuyu ni sabuni, gundi, mpira na dawa za asili. Mbuyu kuitwa mti wa maisha pia hutokana na uwezo wake wa kuwapa wanyamapori hifadhi kwa ajili ya kulala au kupumzika, kuanzia mnyama mdogo kama mjusi hadi mnyama mkubwa kama tembo wote hupata hifadhi mbuyun Tunda la mbuyu, lina rangi ang’avu ya mahameli ama ‘velvet’ na lina mbegu nyeusi ambazo zimezungukwa na unga mweupe ambao hutumika kutengeneza kinywaji safi kabisa cha ubuyu. Unga huo pia unasaidia kuboresha afya ya ngozi, moyo na kusaidia kupungua kwa uzito mwilini. Tunda la mbuyu lina virutubisho vingi kama madini ya chuma, kalshiamu na potashiamu ambavyo vina kiwango mara mbili zaidi ya vile vya kwenye mchicha. Baadhi ya ripoti zinasema ule unga wa tunda la mbuyu una vitamini C mara 10 zaidi ya chungwa. Aidha pia, mbegu za tunda la mbuyu ndiyo hutumika kutengeneza kiburudhisho cha kumung’unya kiitwacho ubuyu. Majani ya mbuyu yamekuwa yakitumika kama mboga na baadhi ya jamii za barani Afrika. Dhana mbalimbali kuhusu mbuyu Mbuyu unahusishwa na stori nyingi sana za kufikirika. Kuna baadhi ya watu huamini kwamba kuna shughuli za kishirikina huendelea ndani ya mibuyu au labda ni sehemu wa washirikina kupumzika. Zamani za kale,hadithi zingine zilisambaa kwamba kuna mbuyu uliwahi kuwataka kimapenzi mabinti wa kijiji kiasi cha kwamba kila muda mabinti hao wakipita karibu, mbuyu huo ulidondosha matunda na kupuliza upepo mzuri na kuwapa kivuli lakini jitihada za mbuyu kuwavutia mabinti hao zikagonga mwamba.  Licha ya mbuyu kuonyesha upendo wote huo, mabinti hao walijiingiza kwenye mahusiano na wanaume wa kijiji na siku moja mabinti hao waliaga majumbani kwao kwenda kutembea na hawakurudi tena, ikisadikika mbuyu huo uliwafungia ndani ya shina lake milele kama kisasi. Wengine waliamini pia kwamba watoto wakipotea kishirikina basi hukutwa wamerejeshwa chini ya mbuyu lakini pia waliamini kwamba kumuogesha mtoto chini ya mbuyu humsaidia kukua na kuwa mwenye nguvu kama mbuyu. Iliaminika pia kwamba wanawake waliyoishi kwenye maeneo yenye mibuyu wana uwezo mkubwa wa kupata uja uzito kuliko wale wanaoishi maeneo yasiyo na mibuyu. Na pia ni tamaduni mpaka leo kwamba eneo lenye mti mkubwa kama mbuyu basi panafaa kuwa sehemu ya jamii au kijiji kukutana na kufanya mikutano ya hadhara.

You have to post things that are thoughtful, you have to post regularly, you have to have something that makes people want to see you again. Body image issues, while cosmetic surgery aims to improve body image for many individuals, it may also exacerbate existing body image issues for some patients who might still feel self-conscious despite undergoing procedures. Lifestyle Changes:  Post-surgery recovery often can lead to the change of a patient’s lifestyle. Patients may need to limit physical activities during recovery periods, which can affect their daily routines and overall lifestyle. Ongoing care may be required after surgery to monitor healing and manage any complications that arise. This made a lot of people to change they way of living to copy with the existing circumstances. Social Considerations: The decision to undergo cosmetic surgery can have social ramifications. Perception by others, might face varying reactions from friends, family, and society regarding their decision to alter their appearance surgically. (Langenbrandt, 2023).  But in our world today, body systems and organs that were once capable of cleaning out unwanted elements are now completely overloaded which led to plenty of unwanted elements to stay in our bones and tissues So, without optimal function of those organs such as liver and kidneys, we humans will quickly suffer unpleasant illness that can be encountered by eating a balanced diet and avoiding intake of toxins. With the increase of more unhealthy goods and foods many people around the world tend to support their bodies with artificial remedies. Currently, many kinds of detoxification arise such as green tea, smoothies and detox exercises all of that is only to support our systems in removing unwanted elements inside our bodies.
