Mbinu za Kutatua Migogoro ya Ndani a) Kutafakari na Kujitathmini Kutafakari inasaidia mtu kuweza kuangalia kwa undani mawazo na hisia zake, kutambua chanzo cha migogoro hiyo, na kujua njia sahihi za kuiangalia kwa mtazamo chanya. b) Kujenga Imani na Kujiamini Kujenga imani kwa mtu mwenyewe ni hatua muhimu sana katika kutatua migogoro ya ndani. Mtu anapaswa kujikubali jinsi alivyo na kujifunza kuthamini uwezo na nguvu zake binafsi. c) Kupanga Malengo Yanayowezekana Kufikiwa Kupanga malengo madogo na yanayoweza kufikiwa ni muhimu kwa sababu huwasaidia watu kupata motisha na kuepuka hisia za kushindwa. Kwa kufanya hivyo, mtu anaweza kushinda changamoto ndogo moja baada ya nyingine. d) Kutafuta Msaada wa Kitaalamu Wakati mwingine, migogoro ya ndani inaweza kuwa ngumu kutatuliwa bila msaada wa nje.
